RETURNS/REFUND POLICY: 

I would like to return something. How do I go about that?

If an item does not meet the agreed or expected specification and you would like to return it, this is of course possible with zero charges. Normally, the legal return period is 14 days.

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

  • Original Packaging and Labels: Return the products in their original packaging with all original labels and tags intact and undamaged.
  • Proof of Purchase: Include your original invoice as proof of purchase with the returned items.
  • Sealing the Package: If you need to reseal the box, use clear tape only. Avoid using colored packing tape or duct tape.
  • Exchange: If you prefer, you can request an exchange instead. Please note that handling charges will apply if the items are not returned in a reasonable condition or if the original packaging is damaged.
  • Trackable Return Service: When returning an item for a refund, use a trackable shipping service. We cannot issue refunds for items lost in the post.

Faulty Goods under 30 Days: If an item does not meet the agreed or expected specification and you would like to return it, this is of course possible with zero charges. Normally, the legal return period is 14 days.

  • Notification: Customers must notify the company of any defects or damages within 14 days from the order date.
  • Return Window: Customers have 30 days from the original order date to return the goods after submitting a claim.
  • Customer Service: The customer service team will guide customers through the return process based on the specific issues reported.

Faulty Items over 30 days;

  • Repair, Replacement, or Refund: Depending on the situation, customers have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty items. However, a refund is only offered if a repair or equivalent replacement isn’t possible.
  • Contact Information: Customers should reach out via email or phone for any questions.
  • Claim Submission: Customers are instructed to submit a claim, after which the customer service team will get in touch.

How long does it take to receive my refund? 

Once we have received and checked the return, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the originally specified payment method.

How do I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed and credited by the payment method originally chosen. If you paid by bank transfer, Wire transfer or SEPA, your money will be refunded to you by same means, and payments of refund will not be credited to a third party account other than the originated sender’s account.
 
NOTE; We do not accept returns after the return period, except for warranty cases. We reserve the right not to accept unauthorised returns or to return them to the sender’s address and to charge any costs.
