The following Terms of purchase (Terms) apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

TERMS OF PURCHASE
TERMS: These Terms and Conditions guides the supply of goods sold by Multi-Hifi online shop with website https://multifunctionhifi.nl with packaging and distribution center located at (Dingspellaan 23, 7824 GB Emmen, Netherlands)
These Terms also apply to businesses for future commercial relations without the need for any formal expression thereof. Unless expressly approved by us to the contrary, we cannot accept the contractual validity of any conflicting or complementary general terms and conditions used by any business.
CONTRACTUAL PARTNER, FORMATION OF CONTRACT, OPTIONS FOR CORRECTION: By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer on our part to enter into a contract regarding those items. You may place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and amend your entries at any time prior to submitting your binding order by using the correction facilities that are provided for this purpose and explained during the ordering process. The contract is formed by clicking on the order button which indicates your acceptance of our offer concerning the products contained in the shopping basket. Once you have sent your order you will immediately receive a confirmation via e-mail.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS;

DELIVERY OPTIONS;
PAYMENT: The following payment methods are basically available in our online shop. INTERNATIONAL WIRE TRANSFER || LOCAL BANK TRANSFER (ONWARD CREDIT PAYMENT) || SEPA PAYMENT (EU) || PAYPAL (WHEN AVAILABLE)
ADVANCE PAYMENT: We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order and purchase, and any applicable charges for delivery before your order can be processed unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing. Else all order will only be processed on receipt of funds.
INCORRECT PRICING OR DESCRIPTION: If a product is mistakenly priced or described inaccurately, the company is not obligated to provide the product at the incorrect price or as described incorrectly, or even to provide it at all. Right to Correct Errors: The company reserves the right to correct any errors that occur.
OPTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS:
The price payable for the goods you order or purchase is as set out in-store and on our website, at the time you submit your order or, if you order from one of our catalogues, as set out in the catalogue from which you order provided it is a current catalogue, plus any charges for delivery as advised to you. All prices exclude the current applicable TAX rate unless otherwise stated.
DELIVERY AND TITTLE: Before placing your order, please refer to the delivery options set out on our website and in our catalogues to ensure that we can deliver to your address. The following applies; Delivery Options: Before ordering, customers should review the delivery options available on the website or in catalogs to ensure delivery is possible to their address. Signature Requirement: A valid signature might be needed upon collection or delivery. Reporting Issues: If all goods haven’t been received within the stated delivery time, customers must notify the company immediately. Installation Advice: It is advised not to begin any installation work until all items have been received, checked for suitability, and confirmed to be free of defects or missing parts.
Buyers must take all reasonable steps to ensure that the delivery can take place at the agreed time and location. If the customer causes a delay or the delivery fails due to the customer’s actions or lack of action, the company will attempt to reschedule the delivery within 30 days. However, if the delivery failure is within the customer’s control, the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery costs. If a new delivery date cannot be arranged, the company may cancel the order and refund the payment for the goods.
RIGHT TO CANCEL: Consumers are entitled to the statutory right to cancel, as described in the instructions on the right to cancel. Businesses are not granted any voluntary right to cancel.
WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES: We are legally obligated to supply products that conform to the terms of our agreement with customers. In cases where warranties are transferable, this will be explicitly stated. If the warranty on a used product is not transferable, we will establish a reasonable agreement to guarantee the product between Multi Hifi and the customer.
In summary, unless stated otherwise in the agreement, the default legal protections for defective products or services will apply, and for consumers, these protections will be governed by the laws of their home country.
ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolutions (ODR) which can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. In order to settle disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer or from whether such a contractual relationship exists at all, we will participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body. Consumers can contact their national European Consumer Centre in this regard. EXTENDED WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These terms and conditions shall amend the standard terms and conditions for a specific item in the case that the Customer purchased an extended warranty with that item and shall replace the relevant clauses in the standard terms and conditions. If no different term is given in these terms and conditions, the standard clauses remain applicable.
RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE: The supplier can suspend deliveries, stop goods in transit, or terminate the contract if:
CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION: Upon termination, any payments owed by the buyer to the supplier (even those not yet due) must be paid immediately. And if in the revise case the seller (Multi Hifi) shall make a full refund of payments made buy the buyer in full in case of termination.
The supplier is no longer obligated to provide any further goods to the buyer.
